An exciting new treat on offer from Lady Waterford Hall for visitors and locals alike with afternoon teas being served every Thursday throughout the summer. This will be a perfect way of celebrating a special occasion or just enjoying a treat with friends. While you eat you can admire works from the Stickley-Hamilton Collection, a series of watercolours by Lady Waterford, donated in September 2021. Teas will be served just one day a week (every Thursday from 11:00-15:00) throughout the season.
Sample handmade scones with cream and jam – you decide whether jam or cream goes on first – tempting cakes and a variety of scrumptious tray bakes. Everything is made by local producers and will be served with a selection of teas or filter coffee.
Lady Waterford Hall is a Charitable Trust and all revenue will be used to help support the ongoing upkeep of this beautiful listed-building and its magnificent murals.
The last Thursday tea of the season will be on August 29th (11:00-15:00).
