Ford & Etal Christmas Market 2025

Ford & Etal Christmas Market 2025

The hugely popular Ford & Etal Christmas Market is returning in 2025 and will be spread over two days; Saturday 29th November and Sunday 30th November, from 10:00-16:00.  The market has stalls in Ford, Etal and Heatherslaw, with entertainment, activities and decorations in all four hubs so you can make a merry day of it. Stalls will also be found in Ford Castle, a venue normally closed to the public. Everything is spread out to avoid a crush with lots of lovely things to do everywhere you go.

Visitors can enjoy browsing over 80 stalls selling delicious food and drink, cakes and sweet treats, local crafts, gifts, pottery, presents for your pets, confectionary and much, much more. Outside stalls will tempt you with delicious things to eat and drink. You can buy tickets to  ride on Heatherslaw Light Railway between Heatherslaw and Etal, or enjoy a journey on  vintage double-decker buses running between Etal, Heatherslaw and Ford.

The local shops and cafes will be open. In addition, there will be all kinds of free festive entertainment including the Christmas Tree Trail, face-painting for children and carol singers. There will also be carols in Ford Church at various times through the day.

Dogs are welcome at all the Christmas Market venues, however they must be kept on a lead. Please make sure you pick up after your dog.

Information and Vintage Bus Tickets

There will be Information Points in Etal, Heatherslaw and Ford where you can buy bus tickets and get information on everything there is to see and do.
