Heatherslaw Corn Mill

Heatherslaw Corn Mill

Heatherslaw Corn Mill has closed for the season, it will reopen to the public on Monday, 31st March, 2025.

Heatherslaw Corn Mill is the only place in Northumberland where you can experience the sight, sound and smell of a traditional mill. You’ll learn how the power of water is harnessed in this centuries-old mill to grind wheat into flour, It’s a ‘hands on’ experience for children who can operate the hoist and grind their own flour. While you are here, why not purchase some freshly milled flour to make your own delicious bread at home?
