Border View sits in a row of traditional farm cottages at Tiptoe Farm. The accommodation sleeps 4 with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has glorious views of the border between Scotland and England and is only a short walk from the River Till.
There is a large open kitchen with a cosy alcove dining area. The sitting room is spacious with a large bay window and wood burning stove. The boot room has plenty of space to store wellies, coats and fishing gear. At the back there is a large enclosed west facing garden which is perfect spot for sunsets.
There are two double bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed which can be converted to a twin beds.
Visitors receive a welcome pack on arrival with a loaf of freshly-baked bread, local honey and milk.
