We pride ourselves in being the only mill in Northumberland to produce bread quality stoneground flours using traditional methods. Our mill machinery dates from the 19th century and has been lovingly restored to ensure fine milling quality – and the results are clear when you taste our delicious range of flours, fabulous for bread-making and baking.
We also offer a range of oat products, milled just a few miles away at Kelso in the Scottish Borders. All the exceptional qualities of Borders-grown cereals are retained in these products.
