Opening times and prices

The Estates are open all year round, car parking is free and there is so much to see and do that you can easily visit and spend no money! Take a walk or a cycle ride exploring the countryside following some of the footpaths and bridleways, then rest at one of the picnic benches by the river or in one of the villages and enjoy a picnic whilst you soak up the peaceful surroundings.

Of course, you may like to browse the shops and buy some locally crafted woodwork or a local treat such as a Border Tart, and if you visit one of the tearooms you are sure to be tempted by some of the local fare.

You may also like to visit the Hay Farm Heavy Horse Centre where admission is by donation.
