This annual event, which takes place inside the beautiful Lady Waterford Hall and outside under cover of a a street marquee, grows in popularity each year. With around 50 stalls selling a huge range of goods - from artisan bread to holly wreaths, seasonal cakes and bakes to hand-made knitwear, and some exclusive 'not available on the high street' items too - there will be plenty to choose from when selecting your Christmas gifts.
There's a kids carousel Santa's grotto, and some very special Christmas donkeys too! Santa will arrive with his donkeys at 1pm and you can visit him right up until 3pm. With a range of yummy refreshments including hog roast, fresh baked pizza, Crispy Conewich and fish and chips there's plenty to keep you going through the day. Local shops including the Horsehoe Forge and the Old Dairy are open, and if you just want to sit down over a quiet cuppa and cake there's plenty of choice at the Estate House Tearoom, Ford Village Tearoom and Restoration Coffee Shop.
Free admission and free parking. Disabled parking in centre of village, limited parking around the village. Shuttle bus will run through the day picking up from Heatherslaw and overflow car park at the bottom of Ford Bank.
Special thanks to our sponsors EDF Energy and Olympus Marquees, to Lowick Football Club for supervising parking arrangements s and to Ford School PTFA for booking Santa and making sure he gets there safely! Without their support we couldn't run this event!
