Please note that from 14th August for 6 weeks Northumberland County Council is carrying out essential maintenance work on Ford Bridge, during which time the road will be closed overnight (from 9pm - 6am). The bridge will remain open at all other times.

Sustrans Cycle Route 68 (Berwick-upon-Tweed to Derbyshire) passes through the estate. Cycle racks are located at Heatherslaw Mill, outside Lady Waterford Hall in Ford and at Lavender Tearooms in Etal.
